Jasper National Park, Mount Robson Provincial Park and the Willmore Wilderness Provincial Park combine to make up a wilderness area like no other. The mountain town of Grande Cache in Alberta is the gateway to Willmore and is well known for its annual adventure race and being home to some of the best white water rafting in Alberta. The town of Valemount in British Columbia has year round adventures, with the winter being especially busy with alpine snowmobilers. You can stay at luxurious mountain resorts, hotels, guest ranches or camp out under the stars. A scenic train ride from Vancouver to Jasper is not to be missed.
