Choose this unique program based on the Mission Impossible films for your next team building exercise. Dressed in all black, with the Mission Impossible theme music playing in the background, your team will feel like secret agents in a movie. Teams navigate through the dark with only headlamps, flashlights and a blueprint of the building. The warehouse-style building is divided into sectors. Whether your team is emerging through the smoke to pass the invisible lasers or rappelling off the catwalk, MI will capture the true essence of teamwork. Elements include:
Participants pass through a room full of criss-crossed lasers. If any of the lasers are touched, an alarm will sound.
Under the direction of the Sector Leader, participants will score points at paper targets using a soft air pistol and safety glasses.
Participants will need to navigate through areas alarmed with nearly invisible tripwires. The tripwires trip an alarm; not the participants.
PRESSURE SENSITIVE FLOOR
Participants must complete a task on the opposite side of a room alarmed with a pressure sensitive floor. Teams will be given a kit with supplies but no specific instructions on how to complete the task.
Participants work together to decipher messages. Teams will be given a booklet on how to decipher ciphers, along with paper and pens.
Participants must follow specific steps to disarm a replica bomb. Teams will be given a bomb deactivation kit that includes detailed instructions, wire strippers, wire cutters, screw driver, needle nose pliers as well as a few other required tools.
Participants will work together to hack into a time sensitive computerized vault. The task requires steady hands, keen hearing and good memorization skills.
Teams will need to use flashlights and a blueprint of the building to navigate in the dark from sector to sector.
To complete their mission, teams will need to break a numerical code to open a locked steel box.
RAPPEL OR RAISE OBJECTIVE
Depending on the location, teams may rappel off a building or catwalk or be suspended in a face-first raise (similar to the one in films). Participants will also have a task to complete while on the rappel or raise.
CABLE LADDER OBJECTIVE
Depending on the location, participants can climb to the ceiling on a helicopter cable ladder to complete a task with the coaching and safety rope of an instructor.
Depending on the location, participants can clip into a low (3ft high) zipline and then pull themselves across above an alarmed floor.
