Salmon fishing lodge in the Queen Charlotte Islands of BC

This lodge in Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands) offers the perfect location for those seeking the ultimate salmon fishing adventure. Located in North America's richest salmon and halibut waters, anglers staying at this beautiful lodge have the first opportunity to intercept salmon destined for hundreds of rivers along the west coast.  It is this spectacular fishing which attracts growing numbers of anglers and nature lovers alike to this area. Salmon top 70 lbs in these local waters, 50 pounders are caught weekly and 30 pounders daily.   At the end of the day visitors will enjoy first class accommodations, delicious meals and a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Perched on the very edge of the continental shelf off the northwest coast of British Columbia are the "misty isles" of Haida Gwaii. Famous as the ancestral homeland of the Haida people, the remote archipelago offers a wonderful range of wilderness experiences. Pristine and mystical, the islands have been described a hundred different ways. Blessed with an incredible wealth of natural and cultural history these islands offer the visitor an experience spiced with adventure and wonder.

The waters of our fishing grounds are legendary for their abundance of huge chrome Chinook salmon and bright silver Coho. Halibut, Lingcod and ground fish provide plenty of variety to round out the experience.

The relatively shallow waters, full of baitfish and plankton, provide the perfect habitat for hungry salmon just beginning their homeward migration. Sheltered from the open Pacific, these fishing grounds produce an abundance of sportfish over the course of the summer that rivals any locale on the coast.
