This 5,000 square foot wilderness lodge features a dining room which converts into a meeting room capable of handling up to 40 people, a lounge area ideal for informal meetings and breakout sessions and the Solitude Suite as an additional private meeting room/lounge. Add to this two fireplaces, a pool table, delicious meals, friendly hospitality and comfortable accommodation and you have the ultimate setting for your next executive meeting or retreat.

TRANSPORTATION

Packages begin and end at a staging area near Whistler, British Columbia, north of Vancouver. Tranport between the staging area and lodge can be included in the package.

WEATHER

Summer temperatures will average from 10 to 25 degrees Celsius.

Winter temperatures range from 5 to -15 degrees Celsius. The lodge elevation is at 4500 feet, average annual snowfall is 36 feet, guaranteed snowpack from November 15 to May 1.

Use of toboggans and snowshoes in the winter, private use of the facilities. Dining room converts into a meeting room. Lounge area ideal for informal meetings and breakout sessions. 

SUGGESTED CLOTHING

In the summer bring rain gear, jacket, long pants, sweater, hat, hiking boots, warm socks, lodge shoes. 

In the winter bring warm winter clothing including ski suits, snow pants, heavy gloves, scarf, warm hat, long underwear, fleece or wool underclothes, warm snow boots.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The comfortable lodge is 5,000 square feet with accommodation for sixteen in eight private rooms. The lodge offers three distinct levels of accommodation, to suit a variety of tastes, group sizes and budgets.

There are five simple, yet comfortable Standard rooms on the third floor, 3 with queen beds and 2 with twin beds. Also on the third floor, there is a small sitting room with a pullout couch that comfortably sleeps two. There is a shared bathroom and shower facility on this floor for guests staying in the standard rooms. There are two larger

Superior rooms on the second floor, each with a queen bed, private bathroom and small deck.

Also on the second floor is the deluxe 'Solitude' suite. This spacious suite has its own private living room, bathroom, and large loft area. The beautiful suite boasts stunning views of the Solitude Glacier and Mount Callaghan. To complete the experience, the suite features a gas fireplace and private deck. The Solitude suite can accommodate up to six guests, with a pull-out sofa and two twin beds in the loft.  

The lodge features a large and relaxing lounge area where over-stuffed couches and armchairs are comfortably adjacent to a beautiful stone fireplace. Books, maps, board games and even a house guitar provide entertainment far beyond the reach of television. The lodge is heated with a propane furnace and lit with propane lamps. Limited electricity is available through an electrical generator. There is indoor plumbing, running water and hot showers are available for all.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Pricing does not include: 5.00% GST.

A 30% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Balance of payment is due 30 days before trip commencement.
CANCELLATION POLICY & DETAILS
A 30% deposit is required for each booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event that payment becomes overdue, the lodge reserves the right to cancel the reservation and resell the space. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the 30% deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable unless space can be re-sold.
