An experienced driver-guide shares a wealth of fascinating information about glaciers, icefields and their impact on our environment during the tour.
Discover the amazing views of Vatnajokull National Park, including an incredible view over Sultartungugil glacier valley. On this tour, we go off-the-beaten-track and away from the crowds making it a unique experience. We see epic views of Iceland's most amazing scenery and landscapes. Along the way, we will make a photo stop at Grjótbotn, where we have excellent photographic scenery of the Vatnajokull ice cap.

The meeting point is at our base camp, which is located just by Hotel Smyrlabjörg, 46 km west from the town of Höfn and 34 km east from Jökulsárlón.
