Do I switch buses in order to get to my hotel?

Yes. Travelers get into smaller buses upon arrival at the main bus terminal, and are then driven to their respective hotels.

Can we go to the Blue Lagoon on our way to town?

Can I buy a ticket valid for any time?

All tickets are in fact "open" tickets (even if they have a date and hour), EXCEPT the ones for a hotel pick up, where precise information is needed, of course.
But you can reschedule with a two days notice without any additional fees.

Duration: The drive between KEF airport and Reykjavik takes around 45 minutes. The drive to your hotel can take a bit longer depending on traffic. Pick up at your hotel starts 30 minutes prior to the departure.
