Your whale-watching adventure begins at Reykjavik´s Old Harbour, just minutes away from the city center! The cruise takes about 3 hours and, thanks to the abundant marine life around Iceland.

The meeting location is at the Old Harbor in the downtown area, at Special Tours Ticket Office, located at Ægisgarður 13, 101 Reykjavík. While we sail out to the open sea, you'll get a short introduction.
Our skilled whale-watching guides will introduce the whales in general, describe the whale species we encounter, and tell us interesting stories about them. The whales that we can spot on our tours on Faxaflói Bay are mainly 4 types – Minke Whales, White-Beaked Dolphins, Harbour Porpoises and Humpback Whales. The guide will help you spot them on the tour and we ask that you help us as well!
Spacious outdoor viewing platforms; a heated indoor lounge with large wide-range windows; a bathroom; and a cafeteria with a selection of snacks and refreshments are available for the use of guests on board our whale-watching boat.
We follow IceWhale’s code of conduct for responsible whale watching as we have great respect for the wildlife in the bay. We let the animals approach us and keep our distance so that we do not disturb their daily routine.
