Beginners: Newbie climbers are introduced to the concept of ice climbing across Whistler by our experienced guide. We make use of smaller and easier walls to scale. The entire activity is relatively simple and can be enjoyed by individuals who are moderately fit.
Intermediate to Advanced: The climbers who are more experienced are guided across some of the finest and the most adventurous ice climbing tracks that match the respective abilities of the climbers. All climbing activities are conducted under the expert guidance of our professional ACMG guide.
With our climbing tours, there is no requirement of prior climbing experience. All necessary ice climbing equipment is provided with this tour package. The ice climbing session will be conducted on the famous Blackcomb Mountain’s frozen waterfall. This requires access with the help of the gondola. To climb Blackcomb Mountain, you are required to be at least an intermediate-level climber, snowboarder, or skier. There are several other preferred locations across Whistler that might not require skiing. Ultimately, it depends on the ice conditions on the day of your tour.
