Your lead guide on this Northern Canadian journey is famous for his knowledge of the area, and he speaks all Indigenous languages of this region of Canada. Joe, ‘The Aurora Hunter’, was born and raised in the NWT and had a strong track record of leading visitors and tour groups into the wilderness of Canada’s north. Joe’s Dene background and his connection to the local communities and the land on this spectacular northern trip cannot be overstated. He continues the tradition of storytelling, keeping the spoken history and many Indigenous languages of his people alive.
