DOG SLEDDING

Begin your afternoon early at base camp where your guide awaits you to explain step by step the techniques required in order to drive your own sled and become a "musher" for the day. Take the time after your ride to congratulate and reward your dog team and most of all, don't forget to have your picture taken with the them!

SNOWMOBILING

Get ready to discover the snow covered trails of the Laurentians. Your guide will greet you at base camp where you will be instructed in the proper operation of your snowmobile and specific safety rules. You will be amazed by the beauty of our trails and the magnificent panoramic views.

After your ride, enjoy free activities offered by the Auberge such as: sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool, work out room, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross country skiing and snow tubing.

Guide information: Professional guides are included for the 2 hours of snowmobiling and the introduction to dogsledding.

Restrictions: Minimum age for snowmobile drivers is 18 with a valid driver's license.

Additional information: This resort has a full spa facility and you can purchase a variety of spa treatments including massages, reflexology, facials, pedicures, manicures, body wraps and body scrubs. Price list available upon request.

Weather: Winter temperatures can range from 0 to -20 degrees Celsius.

Transportation:

The staging area is situated lakeside on Lac Morency in the Laurentian area near the town of Saint-Hippolyte. It is approximately a 45-minute drive north of Montreal.

Shuttle service to and from Montreal is available for an additional cost.

Meals & Dining:

This overnight package includes breakfasts.

This inn is proud to open its brand new outdoor spa, an inviting space where clients from around the region can come and relax. The spa location offers breathtaking views on beautiful Lac Morency. The spa is equipped with a dry Finish sauna, a large Jacuzzi tub, and an outdoor shower.

Comfort rooms at the inn have either one or two queen beds, a desk, a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, a single therapeutic bathtub, a television, and free wireless internet access.

Comfort Plus rooms have more space with a work area.

Deluxe rooms have one queen bed and feature a double therapeutic bath, a large ceramic rain shower, and a large counter with a sink topped by a huge mirror. The sitting area, located a little away, offers the possibility of another moment of relaxation.
