The tour of PEI commences when our guide picks you up directly from your hotel in Charlottetown. Then, we’ll proceed to take you on a scenic guided tour of the entire island.
During the drive through the island, you will come across several famous spots – including Victoria Park, the harbor front, St. Dunstan’s Basilica, and the Province House. As you continue on our guided driving tour, we will make a brief stop to visit the beautiful seaside village of Victoria-by-the-Sea. Then, you will be guided to the renowned Catholic Church of St. Joseph. From there, you can spot the longest bridge in Canada – the Confederation Bridge. The bridge connects Prince Edward Island with the city of New Brunswick.
Then, you will head to the Green Gables Heritage Place. Here, you can enjoy some free time and explore the historic home that inspired the 1908 novel Anne of Green Gables. Once you have had the Green Gables experience, you will stop off in New Glasgow in the heart of PEI. Here, you get the opportunity to try out some delicious local jams – sourced directly from the Prince Edward Island Preserve Co. You will also grab a hearty lunch at this famous riverside eatery before making your way back to Charlottetown.
At the end of the tour of the scenic Prince Edward Island our guide will drop you off at your hotel in Charlottetown.
