This survival course takes place in some of the most awe-inspiring wilderness in Canada, in the Southern Chilcotin Mountains. We’ll penetrate ancient forests and rolling grasslands, and trek past sun-washed peaks and switchbacks. From learning how to start a fire to building a shelter from the elements, you’ll learn the basic survival techniques and tricks you need to, not only survive, but thrive in the wilderness.
As your attitude can make it or break it in a critical situation, we’ll teach you how to respond to worst-case scenarios in the backcountry. After this course, you’ll know what it takes to have the right mindset to endure unpredictable Mother Nature on your own.
During this outdoor "ranger" course, you’ll get hands-on experience and improve your physical and mental abilities to cope with unexpected situations in the wild.

Mental endurance is as important as any of the other basic survival skills. During this outdoor course, you’ll also be provided with the essentials of survival psychology and hazard assessment.
Practicing your skills in the natural surroundings of the Chilcotin Mountains will give you an immediate, authentic experience. We'll use natural tools provided by nature itself.
